What Exactly Is a Headshot Station?

Simple put, it is a on-site headshot studio producing high quality professional headshots. These are the same quality headshots we create for of executive for our local and Fortune 500 clients.

We shot using top of the line studio lighting, producing proper skin tones, and sharp images. Staffed by myself and/or my team of professionally trained and experienced studio portrait photographers. 

How is Your Headshot Station Different than the Others?

Most headshot stations are more like a headshot photo-booth. They will use either ring-lights or a tri-panel lighting system. These set-ups make it easier for them set-up and staff with minimally trained teams. They also create unflattering headshots where the face is often overly bright with unnatural looking eyes. The brightness of the lights also tend to unnerve the attendees reducing their experience happiness.

Our stations on the other hand use traditional portrait lighting which created a natural looking headshot with proper even lighting. It also allows myself and my team of professional photographers to connect and guide the attendees. This results in headshots they are happier with which in return creates a high level experience enjoyment.


How Many Attendees Can be Photographed?

Depending on the attendee size of your event, we can have a single or two station (side by side) set-up. Each station can capture up to 20 attendees an hour.

Depending on your event structure, attendees can either receive an email with a link to download their headshots, or we can provide you with a link to an online gallery with all of the images for you to share with your attendees. There they can view and download their images. We can also provide you with a link to download all the images so you can provide them to attendees directly.  All of these options are included in the standard pricing at no additional cost.

What is the Cost of the Headshot Stations?

The station rate is:

Single Station:
$1000 - 4 Hour Coverage
$2000 - 8 Hour Coverage

Two Stations:
$1800 - 4 Hour Coverage
$3600 - 8 Hour Coverage
